Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Residentially website, demo experiences, pilots, and product access unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Last updated: June 17, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing Residentially or requesting a demo, pilot, or account, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Residentially for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Any signed order form, pilot agreement, data processing agreement, or master services agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. What Residentially provides

Residentially provides an AI resident support and workflow automation layer for property operations. Features may include resident intake, maintenance routing, parking/package/document workflows, staff review queues, activity logs, and integrations with property systems.

3. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
  • You may only access workspaces, properties, residents, staff tools, and data that you are authorized to access.
  • Customer administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, and removing users who should no longer have access.
  • We may suspend access if we believe an account is compromised, misused, or creating risk to Residentially, customers, or residents.

4. Customer data and resident data

Customers are responsible for the data, policies, documents, resident records, staff notes, and integration instructions they provide to Residentially. Customers must have the rights and notices needed to submit that data and use Residentially with their residents, staff, and systems.

5. AI outputs and staff approval

Residentially may use AI to draft responses, classify requests, summarize context, suggest next steps, or prepare structured workflow records. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Customers and authorized staff are responsible for reviewing outputs, configuring approval rules, and making final operational decisions.

6. No emergency service

Residentially is not an emergency dispatch system. Customers must maintain appropriate emergency, safety, legal, compliance, and human escalation procedures outside Residentially.

7. Integrations and third-party services

Residentially may connect to PMS, CRM, payments, documents, communications, analytics, AI, or other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Customers are responsible for authorizing integrations and verifying that synced records are accurate.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Residentially to:

  • Break the law, violate privacy rights, or process data without required authorization.
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe systems, or disrupt service.
  • Reverse engineer Residentially except where the law prohibits that restriction.
  • Send spam, deceptive communications, or unlawful marketing.
  • Use Residentially to make housing decisions in a discriminatory or unlawful way.
  • Submit highly sensitive data unless Residentially has expressly agreed to process it.

9. Demos, pilots, and beta features

Demo, pilot, and beta features may be limited, experimental, or changed at any time. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, pilots are provided for evaluation and may not include all production commitments.

10. Fees

Fees, pilot terms, usage limits, and payment terms will be set out in an order form, invoice, or other written agreement. If there is no paid agreement, Residentially may limit or end access at any time.

11. Intellectual property

Residentially and its software, designs, workflows, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by Residentially or its licensors. Customers retain their rights in their own data. Feedback may be used by Residentially without restriction or obligation.

12. Confidentiality

Non-public product, business, customer, resident, integration, pricing, and technical information should be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of evaluating or using Residentially.

13. Disclaimers

Residentially is provided "as is" and "as available" unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation to the fullest extent allowed by law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Residentially will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability for claims related to these Terms will not exceed the amount paid to Residentially for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim, or $100 if no fees were paid.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
