1. Who we are

Residentially provides an AI resident support and operations workflow layer for multifamily, student housing, and property management teams. You can contact us at sales@residentially.ai.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact and demo information, such as name, work email, phone number, company, role, property details, and messages you submit.
  • Account information, such as login details, role, organization, workspace membership, session data, and authentication activity.
  • Product and workflow information, such as resident requests, maintenance context, parking/package/document context, property policies, staff notes, approval history, and activity logs processed through Residentially.

  • Communications and sales information, such as emails, call notes, LinkedIn lead form submissions, demo scheduling details, and CRM activity.
  • Device, usage, and log information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral source, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and diagnostic logs.

3. Where information comes from

We collect information directly from you, from your employer or property organization, from systems connected by a customer, from public or business contact sources, and from advertising or lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn when you submit a form or interact with our ads.

4. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, operate, and improve Residentially.
  • Respond to demo requests, support questions, sales inquiries, and account requests.
  • Route resident requests, generate staff-ready workflow drafts, support approvals, and keep audit records.
  • Connect and troubleshoot integrations requested by a customer.
  • Send service, security, administrative, and marketing communications.
  • Measure ad performance, understand interest in Residentially, and improve website experience.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, or policy violations.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

5. LinkedIn ads and lead forms

If you submit information through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form or interact with a Residentially ad, we may use that information to contact you about Residentially, qualify your interest, schedule a demo, respond to your request, measure campaign performance, and maintain our sales records. We may use LinkedIn advertising tools, including pixels or similar technologies, to understand whether our ads and website are effective.

You can control certain LinkedIn advertising settings through your LinkedIn account. You can also ask us to stop marketing to you by emailing sales@residentially.ai.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for session security, preferences, analytics, diagnostics, advertising measurement, and retargeting. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law and technically feasible, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals.

7. AI and automation

Residentially may use AI systems to draft responses, summarize requests, classify intent, suggest next actions, and prepare structured workflow records. Important property actions remain subject to customer configuration and staff approval where judgment is needed. We do not use customer or resident workflow data to train public AI models unless separately agreed.

8. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that host, secure, analyze, deliver, support, or operate Residentially.
  • Customer administrators and authorized staff within the relevant property organization.
  • Integration providers when a customer directs Residentially to connect with another system.
  • Advertising and analytics partners for measurement and marketing, subject to applicable law.
  • Professional advisors, legal authorities, or other parties when needed for compliance, security, or enforcement.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset transfer.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics activities may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws. You can contact us to opt out of those uses.

9. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Residentially, maintain sales and customer records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve security. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the context in which it is processed.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or opt out of certain processing of your personal information. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails or request that we stop contacting you. To make a request, email sales@residentially.ai.
